Orders and Tracking

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred color (Yellow Gold, White Gold, or Rose Gold) and size (for rings), and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You will receive an order-confirmation email within minutes.


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered our fulfillment process. Email us at info@radmohnjewelers.com or call +1 (916) 475-6560 with your order number. After 2 hours, changes are typically not possible.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also log into your account on our website for order status updates.


What if my order appears to be lost or arrives damaged?

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging and take photographs. We will file a carrier claim and work with you to resolve the issue — typically with a replacement or full refund.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.


When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged at the moment you complete checkout. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.


What name will appear on my credit card statement?

The charge will appear as "Radmohn Jewelers" on your statement. If you see an unrecognized charge under this name, please contact us before contacting your bank — we can resolve most questions immediately.


What if my payment is declined?

Double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Make sure your card has sufficient funds. If the problem persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank, as they may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order within the contiguous United States ships free. There are no handling or processing fees.


How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.


Where do you ship?

We ship to all addresses within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.


What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately at info@radmohnjewelers.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.


Returns and Refunds

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.


Which items cannot be returned?

  • All earrings (studs, huggies, hoops, flat-backs, dangles) — for hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken or the post contacts skin
  • Items that show signs of wear, tarnish, scratching, or alteration
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

Is return shipping free?

Yes. We provide a prepaid return-shipping label at no cost for every authorized return. No restocking fees are applied.


How do I start a return?

Email us at info@radmohnjewelers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please attach photographs. We will review your request and provide return instructions and a prepaid label.


How long does the refund take?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.


Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Contact us at info@radmohnjewelers.com within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm availability and provide a prepaid return label for your original item. We carry rings in sizes 5 through 9 and most pieces in both Yellow Gold and White Gold plating.


Jewelry Care and Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend measuring an existing ring that fits well and comparing the inner diameter to a standard ring-size chart. Our rings are available in U.S. sizes 5 through 9. All measurements are taken by hand, so minor variations (approximately 0.5 mm) are normal.


Will my gold-plated jewelry tarnish?

Our 14K gold plating is applied using advanced techniques designed for lasting durability. With proper care — avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals — your jewelry will maintain its beautiful finish for a long time.


Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

Absolutely. All of our earrings are hypoallergenic and free from nickel, lead, and cadmium. Many designs feature 925 sterling silver posts or screw-back closures for additional comfort.


What is cubic zirconia?

Cubic zirconia (CZ) is a premium synthetic stone that closely mimics the appearance of natural diamonds. We use AAAAA-grade CZ — the highest quality grade — for maximum brilliance and clarity.
