The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern every use of the Radmohn Jewelers website, every purchase made through it, and every interaction with our brand. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

CHAPTER I — Nature of the Business

Article 1 — Entity and Jurisdiction

Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms

Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the site.

Article 3 — Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is truthful, current, and complete.

CHAPTER II — Products, Materials, and Descriptions

Article 4 — Jewelry Materials

Radmohn Jewelers offers jewelry crafted from the following materials, as specified on each product page:

  • Brass base with 14K gold plating — our most common construction, offering the warm appearance of solid gold at an accessible price point
  • Brass base with rhodium plating — delivering a cool, silver-tone finish
  • 925 sterling silver with 14K gold, rose gold, or white gold plating — used in our huggie earrings and select premium pieces
  • AAAAA-grade cubic zirconia stones — featured in pavé settings, bezel-set rings, and accent stones throughout the collection
  • 925 sterling silver earring posts — used for hypoallergenic comfort in hoop and huggie designs

All pieces are hypoallergenic and free from nickel, lead, and cadmium, making them safe for sensitive skin.

Article 5 — Product Images and Descriptions

We strive to represent every product accurately. However, the actual color, luster, and finish of jewelry may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of plating processes.

Stone sizes (e.g., 2mm, 3mm, 4mm cubic zirconia) are measured by hand and may show minor variation. This is a characteristic of handcrafted jewelry and is not considered a defect.

Article 6 — Sizing

Ring sizes are available in U.S. standard sizes 5 through 9. All rings are measured by hand. Variations of approximately 0.5 mm are within normal manufacturing tolerance and do not constitute a defect. Customers are encouraged to consult our size guide or contact us before ordering.

Article 7 — Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to contact you with the correct price before processing.
  • Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or modify any item without notice.

CHAPTER III — Ordering and Payment

Article 8 — Placing an Order

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an automated order-confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Article 9 — Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is collected at the time of checkout. Your credit card statement will display the charge under "Radmohn Jewelers."

Article 10 — Order Modifications and Cancellation

You may request changes to your order (payment method, shipping address, item quantity, or size) within two (2) hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered fulfillment. After this window, changes may not be possible.

Article 11 — Cancellation by Radmohn Jewelers

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Payment cannot be verified or authorization fails
  • Billing or shipping information appears invalid or fraudulent
  • The item is out of stock or has been discontinued
  • A pricing error has been identified on the product listing
  • The order pattern suggests potential fraud

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund within ten (10) business days.

CHAPTER IV — Shipping and Delivery

Article 12 — Coverage

We ship exclusively within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Article 13 — Cost and Speed

  • Shipping is free on all qualifying orders.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after shipment.
  • Tracking information is provided via email once the package is dispatched.

CHAPTER V — Returns and Refunds

Article 14 — Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Article 15 — Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are excluded from return:

  • Earrings (studs, huggies, hoops, flat-backs, and all other pierced-jewelry) — once the seal has been broken or the item has been worn, these cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

CHAPTER VI — Intellectual Property

Article 16 — Ownership

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphic elements, and page layout — is the exclusive property of Radmohn Jewelers or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law.

Article 17 — Permitted Use

You may view and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our express written authorization.

CHAPTER VII — Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Article 18 — Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are sold "as described" on their respective product pages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radmohn Jewelers makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in the product listing.

Article 19 — Cap on Liability

In no event shall Radmohn Jewelers, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

Article 20 — Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, pandemics, or government actions.

Article 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radmohn Jewelers and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

CHAPTER VIII — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Article 23 — Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Article 24 — Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@radmohnjewelers.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

CHAPTER IX — Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 25 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 26 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radmohn Jewelers regarding your use of this website and purchase of products.

Article 27 — Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
